Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services offered by MIGEMS Beauty Sanctuary (“MIGEMS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing a membership, attending an event, or engaging with any service provided by MIGEMS, you (“you”, “client”, “member”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Membership Eligibility

MIGEMS offers exclusive memberships to a strictly limited number of clients. Acceptance into the tiers (Silver, Gold, Diamond) is subject to selection by the MIGEMS team. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to approve or decline membership applications at our sole discretion.

2. Personal Access Key

Upon acceptance, the first 50 members receive a personalized, engraved access key which symbolizes their inclusion in the MIGEMS community. This key grants access to all official MIGEMS events unless otherwise specified.

  • The key is strictly personal and non-transferable.

  • Sharing, lending, or allowing someone else to use your key or attend events in your place is strictly prohibited.

  • Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.

3. Membership Fees & Payment

Membership fees vary depending on the selected plan (monthly or upfront) and tier.

  • Upfront payments are final and non-refundable, under any circumstance.

  • Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but previously made payments will not be refunded.

4. Service Scope & Access

MIGEMS provides a curated selection of luxury services, which may include:

  • High-end face and body treatments

  • AI-powered face scans

  • Private consultations in-clinic

  • Access to a  barlounge and curated partner offerings

  • Invitations to members-only events, fine dining experiences, and partner brand exhibitions

Services included vary by membership tier. MIGEMS reserves the right to modify or discontinue specific services, products, or experiences at any time, with or without prior notice.

5. Event Invitations & Attendance

Members receive priority invitations to MIGEMS-hosted events.

  • To confirm attendance, the member must respond within 24 hours of receiving the invitation.

  • After this window, the reserved spot is no longer guaranteed.

  • MIGEMS is not liable for missed opportunities due to delayed confirmations or personal scheduling conflicts.

6. Third-Party Events & Collaborations

While MIGEMS collaborates with luxury brands and external partners, certain events are by invitation only and may be curated independently by those partners. MIGEMS is not responsible for their guest selection, access criteria, or event conditions.

7. Privacy & Discretion

MIGEMS values privacy, intimacy, and discretion above all. We do not publicly disclose member lists, photos, or personal information unless expressly authorized. All events and in-clinic experiences are designed to protect our clients' peace, privacy, and confidentiality.

8. Content & Intellectual Property

All branding, visuals, event formats, and concepts are the intellectual property of MIGEMS. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or imitation of any part of our experience (online or offline) is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Suspension & Termination

MIGEMS reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership at its discretion if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior occurs

  • A member misrepresents themselves or the brand

  • External commercial interests conflict with the integrity of the MIGEMS experience

No refunds will be issued in case of termination due to breach of terms.

10. Modifications

These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our services or operations. Members will be notified of substantial changes via email or official channels.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai.
