Migems Membership Refund & Event Policy

1. Non-Refundable Payment (Upfront Plan)
All payments made for a MIGEMS membership — including upfront payments — are final and non-refundable, under any circumstances. We do not offer partial or full refunds. However, unused membership time may be extended upon request, provided that the extension falls within the allowed policy period.

2. Personalized Access Key
Upon confirmation of your membership, you will receive a personalized, engraved key that grants you access to all official events hosted by MIGEMS.
This key does not grant access to events organized by the Diamond Club or third-party partners, as those may have separate guest selection processes beyond our control.

3. Personal Key Usage
Your access key is strictly personal and non-transferable. It may not be shared, loaned, or used by any other individual. Attendance at MIGEMS events is limited to the registered member only. Unauthorized use of the key will result in immediate suspension of membership privileges.

4. Monthly Plan Cancellation
If you are on a monthly subscription plan, you may cancel your membership at any time. However, any payments already made are non-refundable. 

5. Event Invitations & Confirmation
MIGEMS Members receive priority invitations to official events. To secure your place, you must confirm your attendance within 24 hours of receiving the invitation. After this timeframe, your spot may be reallocated to another member without notice.
