The Private Society Term & Conditions

1. General

  • These Terms & Conditions apply to all members who purchase a Private Society Club membership (“Membership”) with Migems Dubai (“Migems”).

  • By confirming your Membership and submitting payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Membership Fee

  • The Membership fee is AED 10,000 for a three-month experience.

  • This fee applies exclusively to the initial Membership purchased under this offer.

  • Prices may be revised for renewals or for future new Members, at the sole discretion of Migems.

  • All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, except where required by UAE law.

3. Membership Period

  • Each Membership includes a three-month experience inside Migems, beginning on the start date specified at purchase.

  • Members may request to postpone their start date once, to any date within 12 months of purchase, provided the Membership has not yet commenced.

  • Once the Membership has started, it cannot be paused, extended, or rescheduled.

4. Exclusivity & Access

  • Only 25 Memberships are available under this offer.

  • Each member will receive a personalized engraved Golden Key, granting lifetime access to all future Migems events, subject to event-specific invitations and policies.

  • Membership benefits are personal and non-transferable. They may not be resold, gifted, or reassigned.

5. Member Benefits

Membership includes:

  • Unlimited access to the Sky Sanctuary during scheduled yoga & pilates sessions.

  • Complimentary access to the Matcha Bar & Members Lounge during visits.

  • Full participation in the Private Society Club membership program for the designated three-month period.

6. Conduct & Etiquette

  • Migems is a private society for high society women. Members are expected to uphold the highest standards of discretion, respect, and elegance.

  • Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or damaging to the reputation of Migems may result in termination of Membership without refund.

7. Events & Limitations

  • Access to private Migems events is subject to invitation and venue capacity.

  • Migems reserves the right to adjust schedules, services, or event formats when necessary, without financial compensation.

8. Liability

  • Migems is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of Membership benefits, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UAE law.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

  • Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
